1. Service Payment
Payments made through Mindvora are for digital services, subscriptions, or feature access within the platform. Transactions are processed securely via supported payment gateways, including Razorpay.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No cancellations or refunds once payment is processed
- No partial refunds for unused services
- No reversal after feature access is granted
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying subscription plans, billing frequency, and pricing prior to confirmation. Mindvora is not responsible for incorrect selections made during checkout.
4. Payment Authorization
By completing payment, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- You accept all platform payment terms
- You understand and agree to the no-refund condition
5. Billing Errors
In the event of duplicate or technical billing issues, users should contact in-app support for investigation. Adjustments may be applied only where verified system errors exist.
6. Policy Updates
These payment terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of paid services after updates implies acceptance of the revised agreement.
