1) General Refund Policy
Payments made for subscriptions or paid features on Mindvora are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
2) Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after the billing period ends.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the billing period.
3) Refund Eligibility (Special Cases)
Refunds may be considered in special situations such as:
- Duplicate payments due to technical error
- Incorrect billing caused by system malfunction
- Payment successfully charged but Service not activated properly
Approval depends on verification of the issue and payment logs.
4) Free Trial (If Available)
If we provide a free trial, you may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid billing. Once the subscription is charged, normal refund rules apply.
5) Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Typical refund timeline: 5–10 business days.
6) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, it may result in account suspension for security reasons. We recommend contacting support to resolve payment issues quickly and fairly.
7) Changes to This Refund Policy
Mindvora may update this policy to reflect product changes, billing improvements, or legal updates. The updated version will be effective from the date shown above.
