Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the request. The following general guidelines apply:

  • Service-Based Refunds: Refunds for services are evaluated based on the work completed and delivered at the time of the refund request.
  • Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services are handled according to the specific terms outlined in the subscription agreement.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are typically not available once delivery has occurred.
  • Custom Development: Custom development work is generally non-refundable due to its specialized nature.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@mayank.wiki with a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

Refund Time Window

Our refund time window varies depending on the type of service or product:

  • Standard Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
  • Subscription Services: Cancellations for monthly subscriptions must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscription plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase.
  • Completed Work: No refunds are provided for work that has been completed and accepted by the client.

Late refund requests beyond these timeframes will be reviewed at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Work that has been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications
  • Consultation fees and strategy sessions that have been conducted
  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • Third-party service fees (hosting, SSL certificates, etc.) once processed
  • Setup fees and onboarding charges
  • Custom design work that meets the agreed requirements
  • Services used beyond the trial or evaluation period
  • Fees associated with payment processing and transaction charges

Exceptions to this policy may be made at our sole discretion in cases of significant service failure or breach of agreement by MKTechs.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:

  • When services are delivered but do not fully meet the agreed specifications
  • In cases where a portion of a service package remains unused
  • When technical issues prevent full utilization of services for an extended period

Partial refund amounts are determined based on the proportion of services not delivered or issues experienced.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service:

Service Agreements

  • Service agreements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and resources allocated
  • Ongoing projects will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date

Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions require 30 days' notice before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of subscription services

Project-Based Services

  • Projects can be cancelled at any time, with payment due for all work completed
  • Deposits and upfront payments are generally non-refundable upon cancellation
  • Early termination fees may apply as specified in the project agreement

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details, payment information, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of third-party payment processors.

Chargebacks and Disputes

To maintain a fair and transparent relationship with our clients, we request that you contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor.

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in additional fees to cover processing costs and administrative expenses. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for unjustified chargebacks.

Special Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy in the following circumstances:

  • Service failure or significant breach of agreement by MKTechs
  • Technical issues preventing use of services for an extended period
  • Material misrepresentation of services or deliverables
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

Decisions regarding exceptions are made at our sole discretion and based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
