• Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

We aim to keep Mindvora stable and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Some features may be free, paid, or available in subscription plans. If you purchase a plan, you agree to the displayed pricing and billing terms at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse, fraud, security threats, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Limitation of Liability

Mindvora is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business loss caused due to usage, downtime, or third-party services.

9) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

To provide features like tasks, notes, analytics, events, projects, and workspace collaboration, we may collect:

• Basic profile details (name, email, avatar/profile photo if available)
• Content created by you (notes, tasks, skills, logs, revisions, events)
• App usage analytics (feature usage patterns for performance & improvements)

2) How We Use Your Data

• To store and sync your content across sessions.
• To generate your productivity analytics and insights.
• To enable collaboration features (workspace members, assignments).
• To improve stability, performance, and new features.

3) Data Storage & Security

We take security seriously and use standard best practices to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You agree that you use the Service at your own risk.

4) Third-Party Services

Mindvora may use third-party tools for authentication, database, storage, analytics, or payments. These providers may process data as required to deliver services.

5) User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content (notes, tasks, projects, etc.). Mindvora only processes your content to provide the Service features to you.

6) Public Profile Visibility

Your profile details may be visible to other authenticated users inside Mindvora for collaboration features (example: searching members by email to invite into a workspace).

You can control what details you choose to share within your profile.

7) Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account or data from within the app (if available). Some information may remain for compliance, security logs, or system integrity.

8) Updates to This Policy

We may update these Terms & Policy to reflect changes in features, laws, or improvements. When updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
