Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by MKTechs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of
our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Services Provided
MKTechs provides professional web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, digital
marketing, and related technology services including:
- Custom website development and design
- Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
- User interface and user experience design
- E-commerce solutions and online store development
- Search engine optimization (SEO) services
- Website maintenance and technical support
- Consulting and strategy services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without
notice.
User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Respect the intellectual property rights of MKTechs and third parties
Payment Terms
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
- Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) will be added to the invoice
- Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
- We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and major payment processors
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended
business purpose. However, MKTechs retains all IP rights to:
- Pre-existing materials and templates used in creation
- Underlying source code, unless explicitly transferred
- Methodologies, processes, and techniques developed by MKTechs
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during service
provision. This obligation continues indefinitely after termination, except for information that
becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MKTechs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by
you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice:
- For convenience with 30 days' notice
- Immediately for material breach by the other party
- Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
Dispute Resolution
- Negotiation: Parties will attempt resolution through good faith discussions
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties will submit to mediation before
litigation
- Jurisdiction: Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Nashik,
India
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
