Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this carefully before making any payments or purchasing our services.

Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for
services provided by MKTechs. By engaging our services or making payments, you agree to be bound by
this policy.
This policy also complies with the requirements of payment processors including Razorpay, Stripe, and
Paytm.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the
circumstances of the request:
- Service-Based Refunds: Evaluated based on work completed at the time of the
request.
- Subscription Services: Handled per the specific terms in the subscription
agreement.
- Digital Products: Generally not refundable once delivery has occurred.
- Custom Development: Generally non-refundable due to specialized nature.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@mayank.wiki with a detailed explanation.
Refund Time Window
- Standard Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
- Subscription Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the
next billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: May be eligible for pro-rated refunds if cancelled within 30 days
of initial purchase.
- Completed Work: No refunds for work that has been completed and accepted.
Late refund requests beyond these timeframes will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
- Work completed and delivered as per agreed specifications
- Consultation fees and strategy sessions that have been conducted
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Third-party service fees (hosting, SSL, etc.) once processed
- Setup fees and onboarding charges
- Services used beyond the trial or evaluation period
Cancellation Policy
Service Agreements
- Can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
- Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
- Invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date
Subscription Services
- Monthly subscriptions cancelled anytime effective next billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions require 30 days' notice before renewal date
- No prorated refunds for partial months
Project-Based Services
- Payment due for all work completed at time of cancellation
- Deposits and upfront payments are generally non-refundable
- Early termination fees may apply per the project agreement
Refund Process
- Contact billing at billing@mayank.wiki with your
request
- Provide order details, payment information, and reason for the request
- Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds issued to the original payment method when possible
Chargebacks & Disputes
We request that you contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your
bank. Initiating chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in
additional fees. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for unjustified chargebacks.
